About Marching Band
The Best Green Band in the Land!
A synthesis of music and motion, the Bulldog Band is a non-competitive marching band focusing on learning new material for each home football game. The season begins in late July and ends at the Veterans Day parade in early November. The Bulldog Band marches at each home football game and several away games each fall supporting Batavia athletics. The band also marches in band shows, parades and festivals in southwest Ohio. In recent years, the band has performed at the Ohio University Band Day, the University of Cincinnati Band Day, the Wayne Halftime USA, the Little Miami Band Showcase, the Bethel HS Band Showcase, the Findlay Market Reds Opening Day Parade, the Blink Parade, the Buckeye Invitational and the Clermont County Veterans Day Parade.
